Orbis Verden - Original Fantasy RPG
Verden is an island country formed by five races from other kingdoms- humans, elves, fae, centaurs, and dracolisks. Ruled by a high king and a council of four, Verden was formed at the junction of three different continents. It is one of the most powerful countries in the world thanks to the presence of ophelium- an ultra-rare element that enhances technology and gives people unique magical powers. Thanks to this element, Verden has a lot of say in world politics and is responsible for preventing, and occasionally causing a lot of international wars. Other races inhabit Verden as well, but they are not as highly regarded and are not allowed to serve in the government.
Currently, the land is being ravaged by a hurricane. The government is in shock after the fae council member was murdered in cold blood. Plot ideas are welcome!
